Service Policies
Payment & Cancellation • Retainer: A 30% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your booking date. • Balance: The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to the delivery of the final gallery. • Cancellations: Cancellations made at least 72 hours in advance are eligible for a refund of the balance (the retainer remains non-refundable). Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the session will be subject to 100% of the total contract amount. • Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule their session at no additional cost when the request is made at least 72 hours before the scheduled session time. Reschedule requests made within 72 hours are not guaranteed and may require booking a new session if no alternative dates are available. Emergencies and circumstances outside the client’s control will always be handled with understanding and flexibility. Time & Location • Transit Time: Please note that the session duration includes time spent traveling between locations and outfit changes. We recommend planning your route in advance to get the most out of your session. • Punctuality: Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. If a client is more than 20 minutes late without notice, the session will be considered a "No-show" and the retainer will be forfeited. • Group Management: For group sessions, the photographer is not responsible for organizing or directing guests/crowds. Any delays caused by group coordination will not result in extended shooting time. Post-Production & Copyright • Editing: All images are edited in the signature "Tom on the Hill" style. We offer up to two rounds of minor adjustments per gallery. • Retouching Limits: Fine editing includes color grading and basic skin/blemish touch-ups. It does not include advanced compositing, body reshaping, or major background alterations. • Usage Rights: Clients receive personal usage rights (sharing, printing, and downloading). The photographer reserves the right to use images for portfolio and promotional purposes unless a written request for privacy is submitted prior to the session.
