Shipping Policy

At Tom on the Hill Photography, all final images are delivered digitally. Because we do not ship physical products, this Shipping Policy explains how and when you will receive your online gallery, as well as how digital delivery works through our gallery provider, PicTime.

Digital Delivery Only

All photos are delivered through a secure online gallery hosted by PicTime. No physical prints, USB drives, or mailed products are included unless explicitly stated in your package or purchased separately through the gallery’s print store.

Delivery Timeline

  • Final edited images are delivered within 7–10 days of your session date.

  • Some packages include preview edits, which are delivered before the full gallery.

  • Delivery times may vary slightly during peak seasons, but we will always communicate clearly if additional time is needed.

How You Will Receive Your Photos

You will receive an email from us containing:

  • A link to your private PicTime gallery

  • Instructions for viewing, downloading, and sharing your images

  • Information about print options (if available)

Your gallery will remain accessible for three weeks, during which you may download your images in both web‑size and high‑resolution formats.

Prints & Products

If you choose to order prints, albums, or other products through PicTime:

  • These items are fulfilled and shipped directly by PicTime’s partnered labs

  • Shipping rates, timelines, and policies for physical products are determined by PicTime and their print partners

  • Any questions regarding print shipping should be directed to PicTime’s support team

Failed or Missing Deliveries

If you do not receive your gallery link within the expected timeframe:

  • Check your spam or promotions folder

  • Contact us directly so we can resend your gallery link

We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect email addresses provided at booking.

Download Responsibility

Once your gallery is delivered, it is your responsibility to:

  • Download and safely store your images

  • Back up your files on your preferred device or cloud service

We do not guarantee long‑term storage of galleries after the access window closes.
